The Festival of Learning 2016 has ended, it took place June 6–9, 2016. This post-secondary education event hosted more than 400 delegates, offering a variety of session formats, learning experiences, unique spaces, as well as social and networking events. Sanja Boskovic is Chief Instructor and teaches Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer courses in the full-time Power and Process Engineering program. Sanja also teaches the virtual Thermodynamics and Applied Mechanics classroom for BCIT’s Power Engineering innovative distance education methodologies. She is a member of IPE and ASME, and also served as a chair at IPEEC First class curriculum committees and co-chair at Boiler Technology Committee – BC Safety Authority and IPEEC Second class curriculum committees. Sanja has completed a number of team projects with her BCIT colleagues involving the BCIT Learning and Teaching Centre, IT Services and Applied Research departments at BCIT including Remote Laboratory, a Hybrid Learning Environment, June 29, 2008, Action Research Project, and E-labs for Engineering Laboratory and Beyond, May 31, 2013, Instructional Enhancement Grant. Sanja holds Doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering and she is PhD candidate in Educational Technology.
