The Centre for Teaching and Educational Technologies at Royal Roads University is commencing a collaborative design approach that promotes a team-based model for program and course design and development. The new approach includes four distinct design and development phases implemented by the learning design team; a faculty member, learning designer, senior learning technologist, copyright expert, librarian, program head, and program staff.
